From now on all boards placed in catagories that are inappropriate or boards which have no use will be deleted without notice, all topics posted will be removed, re-named or reposted and marked as previously inappropriate.
Examples
- Boards/Topics posted with inappropriate names will be deleted/re-named
- Boards/Topics placed in inappropriate places or catagories will be deleted/moved

Preferably any members who wishes to add a new board should speak to myself before posting it, I created these forums and would like it if you would help me keep it in order and not in a mixed up mess with catagories filled with boards and posts with no relevance to anything or any body.

Further more, all new games etc which are added to our archives will be subject to a leadership vote, this means you do not just appoint yourself leader of a section, you tell others you are going to have it added or would like it added and the player deemed best fitting to the job will be appointed leader, you will not be made leader of the section(s) just because you are the creator of the board/catagory. The person who will be made leader will be our member with the best leadership skills (primarily) and who also has experience of the game (a player who has the best experience may not be made leader if they show signs of being a bad leader, bad listener etc.) but also a player who has good leadership skills but has little to no experience of the game in question will not be appointed leader unless there is no one who has any experience of the game or has insufficient leadership skills, people can be promoted/demoted if someone who is better suited for the job comes along or an existing member develops their leadership skills or skills in the game in question beyond that of the current leader. These rules do not apply to the sections MMORPG Gaming or XboxLive Gaming or other major catagory unless an OverLord/Emperor etc. must be removed due to gross misconduct or is deemed unfit for the community or leaves for any reason.

People who continuously break these rules will be demoted, people who continue to do so after demotion will be placed in the banned catagory and will be unable to post at all.
Anyone who is abusive toward ANYONE in ANY way when it is unprovoked or unnecessary will be completely removed from the forums, this applies to EVERYONE, from Initiates - OverLords. These forums are friendly and safe ones, we do not and will not tolerate any forms of abuse, any members experiencing abuse contact myself immediately.
